All orders in the United States are shipped by UPS or by USPS. The orders are also shipped with standard delivery unless otherwise specified. Please give us 2 – 3 business days to process your order for shipment, except for the “Expedition Bag” which is made to order and can take up to two weeks. Orders can also be tracked online. A tracking number and invoice will be emailed to you as soon as your purchase has been shipped. Shipping fees are not refundable. Contact us at info@theleathershop.com for international orders and shipping information. 

Protecting your online ordering information is very important to The Leather Shop. We use standard encryption technology (SSL-secure socket layer) that guarantees the safety and protection of your order. We neither sell nor share your information to outside companies or third parties.

All returns are accepted within two weeks from date of delivery if the product is in the original condition it was received in, however we will not accept the product if it was worn, used, altered or damaged.  Furthermore, after two weeks The Leather Shop has the right to refuse any refunds or exchanges. Returns will be credited in the same form as the original payment type. Shipping charges are not refunded. If there is a manufacturer’s defect, the product can be replaced with a new one, or reimbursed. The Leather Shop only charges sales tax on sales in the state of Washington.
